Website and requests

The website provides information about six journeys independently organised by Grand Gaming Journeys. Sending a form creates a request for review, not a confirmed reservation, departure, fare or contract. A Preferred Travel Date remains a preference until expressly confirmed in later booking documents.

Availability, itinerary and price

Routes, port calls, vessels, duration, hotel facilities and availability may change for safety, weather, legal, port, technical or operational reasons. Starting fares depend on voyage, room category and availability. A complete price and the applicable taxes, inclusions and separate charges will be provided before booking.

Hotel services

Accommodation, housekeeping, concierge service and included dining are subject to the confirmed category and vessel arrangements. Specialty dining, spa and wellness treatments and selected shore services may cost extra. Accessibility requests are assessed individually and should be raised as early as possible.

Casino access and gambling

Casino access is optional, for verified adult guests and subject to identity checks, vessel policy, conduct standards and applicable law. The casino may close in port, territorial waters or other restricted positions. Table games, slot machines, limits and hours may vary. Wagers are separate from the hotel fare, and a ticket is not a gambling balance.

Conduct

Guests must follow safety instructions, respect staff and other guests, protect physical chips and casino account access, observe table etiquette and avoid disruptive, abusive, fraudulent or intoxicated conduct. Staff may refuse or restrict hotel or casino services where reasonably necessary for safety, law, wellbeing or operations.

Changes and cancellation

Booking-specific change and cancellation rights, deadlines, charges and refund conditions will be presented before a reservation is concluded. Guests should review those confirmed conditions carefully; website summaries do not replace them.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Grand Gaming Journeys is not responsible for events outside reasonable control, indirect loss, missed independent arrangements or losses arising from a guest’s gambling decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

If final booking terms conflict with this website summary, the terms expressly supplied and accepted for that booking will govern to the extent permitted by law.
