Cashier & chips
The casino cashier opens a personal casino account after checks and issues physical chips for table play. Transactions are recorded against that account; the hotel fare is separate.
Limits in view
Minimum and maximum table limits are displayed before a guest joins. Dealers can explain procedure but do not advise on outcomes or promise improved chances.
Entry signal
Age, identity and access.
Casino entry and gambling require age verification and identity checks. Guests must present the accepted vessel identification requested by staff. Accessibility routes and suitable seating can be arranged; speak with the concierge before the first evening.
Smart, relaxed evening dress is appropriate. Footwear and a shirt or equivalent upper garment are required. Guests should protect chips, respect the dealer’s instructions, avoid touching another guest’s wager and keep devices away from active tables.
Operating position
Open only where permitted.
Operating hours are published aboard and can change with the itinerary. The casino closes while the vessel is in port and in territorial waters or any other position where gambling is restricted. Staff may pause or close play for safety, operational or legal reasons.
Casino staff can explain games, table limits, account records, accessibility and responsible gambling options. They may also restrict access where conduct, intoxication, age, identity or wellbeing raises concern.
Play remains optional.
Set personal financial and time limits before entering. Voluntary restrictions, temporary access restriction and self-exclusion can be arranged confidentially with casino staff. These tools support a decision to step away; staff will explain the scope and duration that can be applied.
